Aluminium and steel air reservoirs for air brake systems. Suitable for operating temperatures from - 40° to + 100° C and a maximum operating pressure of 10 to 12.5 bar. 

Side hinge sets in 90 mm and 120 mm lengths. Manufactured in galvanised steel or stainless steel. Dedicated washers are recommended for mounting the pin and the hinge seat.

The pads made of plastic prevent the crane support from sinking and ensure structural stability. Lightweight, UV-resistant and easy to clean. A dedicated container made to the dimensions of the sleeper facilitates transport and storage.

WISA®-TopGrip Evo2 is a durable birch veneer plywood with an anti-slip coating. It is designed to prevent unwanted shifting of the load. WISA®-TopGrip Evo2 is particularly suitable for transporting wooden pallets. The plywood is available as a coated version with or without granules. 

The kingpin is a structural element for connections such as semi-trailer-tractor units. Approved type of safety element, approved to ER 55 standard. Drop-forged, hardened.

Easy to install thanks to its modular design. Holes can be drilled in the floor profile to facilitate securing the load. The number of holes and the distance between them are made according to customer preference. Interior lighting in the form of 12V LED halogen eyelets in a variety of shapes and finishes. Choice of moving or fixed option.

Tensioners for tarpaulin under crank 14 mm, galvanised. Models available in right and left-hand version.

Parking brakes with a crank radius of 200 mm. We offer two versions of the brake: with a 15 mm diameter cable eyelet, and a version with a 60 mm diameter roller.

Aluminium curtain wall posts, centre uprights and front and rear corner posts in accordance with the DEKRA requirements specified for posts in connection with DIN EN 12642 XL. The post bodies are made of anodised aluminium and the steel components are KTL-painted black.

The materials and techniques used reduced the weight of the post by approximately 35% compared with comparable steel posts.

An aluminium centre stanchion with a simple modular design in which all fittings are riveted or bolted onto the stanchion. The materials used to manufacture the stanchion resulted in a weight saving of approximately 40% compared to its steel counterparts. PWP Blueline aluminium stanchions are certified in accordance with DIN EN 12642 XL.
